El rol implica implementar y personalizar flujos de trabajo en ServiceNow, integrar con otros sistemas usando APIs y desarrollar integraciones personalizadas en Python. Se requiere experiencia en la plataforma ServiceNow y habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español. Formación

• Más de 3 años de experiencia con la plataforma ServiceNow, especialmente ITSM, CSM y ITOM.
• Capacidad alta para comunicar efectivamente, tanto oralmente como documentalmente.
• Responsabilidad y enfoque en cumplir objetivos.

Responsabilidades

• Implementar y personalizar flujos de trabajo, gestión de cambios y catálogos de servicios en el módulo ITSM.
• Configurar módulos de gestión de casos y portales de autoservicio dentro del módulo CSM.
• Utilizar capacidades de ITOM para descubrimiento y gestión proactiva de infraestructura.

Conocimientos

Conocimiento en platforma ServiceNow

Integración de sistemas usando APIs

Inglés y español hablado y escrito (C1)

Habilidades analíticas y de pensamiento crítico

Educación

Must Have:

• +3y knowledge and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with special focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
• Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
• High ability to communicate effectively both orally and documented.
• Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.
• High level of spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar).
• Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.

? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?

• Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.
• Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.
• Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
• Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
• Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Communicate effectively both orally and documented.
• Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems.
• Manage projects and take responsibility for meeting objectives.
