About the Role

We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and helping us achieve our business goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to support our SEO team with operational tasks and day-to-day analysis. You will conduct keyword research and competitive analysis, monitor SEO performance, and provide SEO recommendations to improve our website's visibility and ranking.

You will also collaborate with other teams, including Content, CRM, and Product, to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations. Additionally, you will use AI tools to speed up tasks such as content drafting, summarization, or insight extraction.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and has a strong analytical mindset. If you have experience working with high-traffic websites, ecommerce platforms, or CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow, that's a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Support the SEO team with operational tasks and day-to-day analysis.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor SEO performance and provide SEO recommendations.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations.
• Use AI tools to speed up tasks such as content drafting, summarization, or insight extraction.
• Document actions taken and prepare basic performance reports.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and new tools.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in an SEO role. You should have basic knowledge of HTML and web page structure, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and suggest evidence-based improvements.

You should also have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and attention to detail. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish are a must.
