Requirements

• Veterinary Degree
• Experience in small animal clinical practice (1–2 years ideal), though we value your mindset, curiosity, and adaptability even more.
• Natural curiosity – you love digging into cases and understanding how systems work.
• Flexible and open attitude – comfortable with change, ambiguity, and experimentation.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills – detail matters in our claims process.
• Comfortable working in a digital-first environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Bonus points for Portuguese, German, Italian, or French. Other European languages are also of interest.
