Your key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across different digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design roles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma in particular).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Good understanding of Spanish
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with user research approach and methodologies is a plus.
• Previous experience in consulting or working with international teams.
