As a Senior TA Partner at Ericsson, you will be working closely with our hiring leaders, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and using data-driven insights to make informed hiring decisions. You will be the linchpin in ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. You'll manage everything from crafting engaging job adverts to preparing candidates for their first day, all while delivering outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

This recruitment process includes one initial phone screen, followed by two behavioral interviews where we will assess the skills and behaviors we are seeking in our Senior Talent Acquisition Partners. The successful candidates will receive an offer to join our team after completing the full assessment process.
