This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how critical business data is structured, governed, and leveraged to enable smarter decisions and greater efficiency across our global operations.

Your Role

As Senior Solution Architect – Master Data Management, you will define and implement enterprise-wide MDM solutions that ensure consistency, integrity, and accessibility of key data domains such as customer, product, and supplier. You will work closely with IT, data governance, business stakeholders, and external partners to create a reliable and compliant master data foundation that supports our digital growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant MDM solutions for enterprise-wide use.
• Integrate MDM platforms with ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems to ensure consistent and accurate data across the organization.
• Define and maintain data ownership models, stewardship processes, and quality rules in collaboration with data governance teams.
• Develop and document technical blueprints for platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM Infosphere, or similar.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling, standards, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by implementing data security, auditability, and retention rules aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, and similar standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify challenges, and tailor solutions that improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Continuously optimize system performance, data flows, and integration points.
• Stay up to date with architectural trends and new technologies in MDM and data platforms.
• Act as an internal consultant to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in enterprise data management, including at least 3 years in MDM solution architecture.

Hands-on expertise with one or more MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM Infosphere, Stibo Systems, or Oracle MDM.

Strong understanding of data modeling, entity resolution, deduplication, and hierarchy management.

Experience integrating MDM solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI) using ETL, APIs, or message queues.

Ability to design secure, scalable, and regulation-compliant solutions in a life sciences or pharmaceutical environment.

Deep knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare (e.g., FDA, HIPAA).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex integration and architecture challenges.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
