Una empresa de consultoría de tecnología busca un ingeniero de software con experiencia en GitHub Copilot para definir políticas y guías de uso de AI. El candidato ideal debe tener al menos 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y ser fluido en inglés. Se ofrece trabajo remoto y la oportunidad de colaborar con numerosos equipos de desarrollo y QA.
Define and implement policies and guidelines for the use of AI as an assistant within software development teams.
Collect software best practices and antipatterns with architects and tech leads, and document them for AI integration.
Create documentation with guidelines and best practices for developers and QA engineers on the use of AI.
Provide practical support and coaching to multiple development and QA teams (approx. 40 squads).
Configure and train teams on the use of GitHub Copilot and other AI tools across different IDEs (Visual Studio, VS Code, IntelliJ, Eclipse).
Train teams to use Copilot for: code generation, documentation, unit testing, CI/CD optimization, containerization, code reviews, and project optimization.
Train internal trainers and provide them with documentation so they can further train other engineers.
Remote
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and at least 1 year of hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot in real projects.
Extensive hands-on development experience (not just theoretical).
Deep knowledge and proven practical experience with GitHub Copilot in complex projects.
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and SOLID principles.
Proficiency in at least one of the following technologies:
Java
C# / .NET
C++
JavaScript (including frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js)
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Spanish language skills (optional).
Previous experience in writing guidelines and training developers.
Ability to critically assess the pros and cons of GitHub Copilot.
Experience driving adoption of new AI tools within development environments.
English is a must
