What will you do?
Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute the global social media strategy for SmartRental Group and its portfolio of brands.
  • Align social media initiatives with business goals, brand positioning, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities, new formats, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of digital trends.
  • Develop guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all markets.
Content & Creative Direction
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, trend-driven content (photo, video, motion, and copy) that elevates brand perception.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring strategic balance between brand, commercial, and community content.
  • Lead the conceptualization of creative campaigns in collaboration with design, brand, and PR teams.
  • Supervise video production and editing processes using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
Community & Platform Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of brand profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others).
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
  • Drive engagement through proactive community management and storytelling.
Performance & Insights
  • Define KPIs and measure the impact of social strategies on awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Produce monthly performance reports and actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Use data and analytics to guide decision‑making and improve ROI.
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing
  • Lead influencer collaborations and brand partnerships, ensuring authentic and value‑driven relationships.
  • Negotiate and manage deliverables with external partners and agencies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Brand Strategy, Performance, PR, and Design teams to ensure a cohesive communication approach.
  • Support product launches, events, and brand activations with tailored social media strategies.
What do we look for?
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing and growing social media for lifestyle, travel, or hospitality brands.
  • Strong strategic mindset with hands‑on experience in content creation and community management.
  • Deep understanding of digital culture, social media trends, and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Data‑driven approach and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership skills and ability to guide creative teams and external partners.
