Mission: Partner with commercial teams and internal IT to boost sales efficiency by delivering projects focused on sales process and tooling improvements. Drive excellence to maximize Sales Tech stack ROI.

About the role:

You are a skilled Process Owner to oversee the implementation of various processes and tools in alignment with Criteo's Tech Stack strategy. You’ll be acting as a trusted partner to our internal clients and technical department, capable of solving business problems using multiple methods. By leveraging your good understanding of CRM capabilities (the Salesforce platform) and your top-notch people skills, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful solutions.

You will demonstrate concepts visually and in writing to enable stakeholders to make confident decisions, driving process (re)design throughout your projects and aligning with our long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with different levels of Criteo’s commercial organization to translate business needs into solutions, prioritizing requirements.
  • Develop a target data model as a foundation for the full sales cycle and translate complex processes into simple, understandable workflows.
  • Analyze current CRM processes, propose actionable solutions to enhance adherence and functionality, and maximize outputs through automation.
  • Design best-in-class experiences for Sales and Account Management teams in Criteo’s CRM, relying on industry standards and AI solutions.
  • Explore and champion AI use cases within your remit, testing, learning, and scaling adoption.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales effectiveness and foster continuous process improvement.

Solve challenges using advanced problem-solving skills, escalating complex issues as needed.

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong business mindset and understanding of how commercial teams operate, with experience in sales or strategic functions like revenue operations or consulting.
  • You possess an analytical background capable of executing complex analyses and synthesizing insights.
  • You have excellent English skills (speaking and writing) and can liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and multiple work streams.
  • Experience with CRM systems is required; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments requiring strategic thinking and resourcefulness.
  • You can work independently and collaboratively across functions.
