Overview

Spain Remote Work is recruiting on behalf of a company who deliver later-life planning services to English-speaking customers, making a positive impact on their lives.

Position Overview

We're looking for a high-level experienced salesperson who possesses a direct and engaging telephone demeanor. The successful candidate will be upselling customers to purchase additional later-life planning products. These customers will be active customers who already possess a will with our company, the upseller's role will be to analyze their individual case and sell further products.

Job requirements
  • An extensive background in sales, Ideally phone sales.
  • English as their primary language.
  • Autonomo status is required for the role.
  • To reside in Spain or Gibraltar.
  • Possess a laptop and fast speed internet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology efficiency.
  • Adaptable and quick thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Wage & Hours

In this role, you'll enjoy a £20,000 basic salary, complemented by enticing commission structures for each successful conversion, offering an OTE of £45,000-£60,000. Commission is a % of sales.

This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role:

  • Monday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Tuesday 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Wednesday 11 - 8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Thursday 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Friday 10 - 3 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
