Key Responsibilities
- Conduct briefing meetings with local hiring managers and conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors).
- Provide timely updates and reports to Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
Besides recruiting, you will also be responsible for:
- Employer branding: Set up and drive the employer branding domain and process for the company globally by liaising with relevant parties such as communications and branding.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Actively monitor onboarding processes (welcome package, buddy system, quarterly days, etc.) and offboarding procedures (IT offboarding, exit interviews).
- Support HRBP in various tasks such as discussions with workers council, preparation of contracts, internal transfers, contract offers, and referral programs.
Qualifications
- University degree; additional HR qualifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent MS-Office skills; experience with SuccessFactors and/or other applicant tracking systems.
Experience & Key Skills
- Over 5 years of experience as a recruiter and/or HRBP in an international environment.
- Experience in relationship management and partnering with hiring managers across different countries.
- Strong ability to utilize current direct sourcing techniques.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to prioritize for the company's long-term benefit.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
