A leading technology company is looking for a Senior Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer in Madrid. This role involves transforming communications into a rich, conversational platform and driving the adoption of innovative messaging solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical customer roles, scripting languages, and a strong understanding of cloud technologies. The position requires collaboration across engineering, sales, and development teams to ensure the success of RCS-based solutions.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• 1 year of experience in writing and maintaining developer-facing documentation.
• Ability to drive technical alignment across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of conversational flows and system integrations.
• Support partners for maximum technical adoption of RCS.
• Serve as the technical expert for RCS for Business products.

Conocimientos

Customer-facing technical experience

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go)

Experience with conversational messaging technology

Cloud technologies knowledge

Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
