Overview

As a Senior Software QA at FX Digital, you re passionate about quality across websites, apps, and especially Smart / Connected TV. Reporting to the Head of QA, you work independently, creating clear test plans and cases that ensure robust coverage in fast-paced projects. You lead QA efforts across our dynamic and high-profile projects, supporting the team with feedback and promoting accountability. Confident in challenging processes, you encourage curiosity, innovation, and the adoption of tools and automation. You balance technical ability with mentorship, guiding colleagues and shaping team culture. Experienced in automation, you know when it adds value and contribute to frameworks where useful. You actively mentor, onboard, and coach others while sharing knowledge. A reliable collaborator, you communicate clearly, refine processes, and promote continuous learning. You care deeply about detail, quality, and supporting team growth.
