A leading technology company in online advertising revenue optimization is seeking a Senior Publisher Account Manager to join their Barcelona office. This role involves account management, business development, and performance monitoring within the AdTech sector. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical and strategic skills, along with experience managing publisher relationships. This full-time, hybrid position offers robust opportunities for growth and international collaboration.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AdTech, media, or publishing.
  • Knowledge of DSP/SSP platforms and programmatic metrics.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

RightHand, a company specializing in attracting and retaining digital talent, is collaborating in the search for a Senior Publisher Account Manager in Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, or Perpignan for a leading technology company in online advertising revenue optimization.

We are looking for a profile with experience in account management within the AdTech sector, with strong analytical and strategic skills to optimize programmatic monetization performance for publishers.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Onboarding and monitoring new clients, building and maintaining relationships, understanding client needs, and offering customized solutions.
  • Business Development: Identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with sales, data, and technical teams, and occasional travel across Europe.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyzing KPIs, preparing reports, leading client meetings, and presenting business reviews.
  • Internal Collaboration: Working with technical and support teams to relay feedback and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within AdTech, media, or publishing.
  • Knowledge of DSP/SSP platforms and programmatic metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Data analysis capabilities for strategic insights.
  • Customer-oriented mindset focused on ad performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
Location & Work Modality

Locations: Barcelona (central office) and Le Boulou (Perpignan), with options to work from Madrid or Paris (no physical offices in these cities).
Hybrid work: 2 remote days/week.
Full-time, permanent contract.
