Role Overview

Seeking a motivated, client-oriented Project Manager to manage moderately large or complex projects, particularly in biotechnology, fermentation, and upstream/downstream processes. Responsibilities include planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to drug development, primarily generics and APIs.

The Challenge

• Manage and execute projects related to API and drug product development and commercialization.
• Understand customer needs and align projects with strategic guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Analyze project characteristics, evaluate processes, and support schedule and documentation management.
• Prepare reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings with partners and vendors.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage budgets and project deviations.
• Maintain systems for project tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• University Degree in Life Sciences or related; Master preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of biotechnology, drug development, and regulatory requirements.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
• Willing to travel worldwide.
