This role is instrumental in shaping an exceptional workplace environment and experience. As Project Manager of Capital Projects, you will collaborate closely with internal partners, including Physical Security, Network, Audio-Visual, Food & Beverage, and Facilities teams, to create world‑class spaces that reflect and celebrate the label’s brand identity. Given the regional scope of this position, you will need to effectively balance time zones and coordinate meetings across regions with regular communication with the Americas. Additionally, finance teams will rely on you for accurate monthly cash flow updates and quarterly forecasts. While conceptual processes exist, we are still a young team and need help with require formal documentation and structured training programs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager, Capital Projects to join our Corporate Real Estate team and lead the delivery of high-impact workplace projects across Europe. This role blends technical expertise, creative problem‑solving, and operational leadership to bring our company’s brand and culture to life through thoughtful, functional, and future‑ready environments.
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of capital‑funded projects—from early concept and feasibility through design, construction, and closeout—ensuring alignment with business objectives, design standards, and compliance requirements. You’ll work across multiple regions, partnering with internal stakeholders and external teams to deliver spaces that support innovation, collaboration, and growth.
