Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Programmatic Director, you will make an impact within our Programmatic team and Global Paid Media capability. The Paid Media department comprises experts in all forms of programmatic marketing and trafficking.

You will work with major brands globally, leveraging Google's partnership to provide technology, strategy, and training, fostering lasting relationships. We value professional growth, with potential career paths leading to Programmatic Director or Senior Manager roles.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Run end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including setup, pacing, optimisation, and performance analysis.
  2. Manage client reports and studies to guide strategic decisions.
  3. Collaborate with Business Development and Client Management to develop strategies for prospective clients.
  4. Mentor junior team members as the business expands.
  5. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape, including new formats and technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Over 4 years of experience managing display and programmatic campaigns in a marketing agency.
  • Proficiency with Demand-Side Platforms like DV360 or Campaign Manager 360.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or interns.
  • Strong client relationship skills and business value addition.
  • Ability to collaborate, adapt strategies, and analyze data effectively.
