Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing machine learning models to refine lead scoring, identify customer segments, maximize conversions, optimize advertising bids, and prevent churn
• Utilizing geospatial and socioeconomic data to build predictive models that identify high-value audiences
• Designing and implementing pricing and distribution optimization algorithms that maximize lead conversions and minimize customer acquisition costs
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams, translating data-driven insights into actionable campaigns
• Presenting data findings clearly to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master\'s Degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the data domain with 2+ years in data science or machine learning engineer roles
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and machine learning frameworks (supervised and unsupervised learning)
• Experience deploying machine learning models to production environments using tools like MLflow and AWS SageMaker
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable business strategies
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen and capability to translate data insights into revenue-driving strategies
• Fluent English

• Up-to-date with the latest data science techniques
• Active Kaggle contributor or experience with Kaggle projects
