A leading gaming solutions provider in Madrid is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to handle legal compliance and various legal matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing agreements, researching legal issues, and collaborating with multiple departments. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Law, are fluent in English and Spanish, and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of the gambling industry. Formación

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a sole practitioner, in-house counsel, and/or associate in a full-service law firm.
  • Experience in corporate, commercial, tax, and administrative law.
  • Experience in the gambling industry is considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare and review agreements with clients and service providers.
  • Handle various Corporate, IP, KYC / AML, Data Protection, IT, and Labour Law-related matters.
  • Research on legal issues and provide analysis of legal risks.

Conocimientos

Fluency in legal and business English and Spanish
Strong analytical and writing skills
Ability to demonstrate solid business acumen
Team player
