Overview

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to fill the role of Senior Legal Counsel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in supporting the development and execution of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Providing risk management expertise for investment activities in power station projects, encompassing contract drafting, negotiation, review, and evaluation.
• Supporting business line development teams by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as EPC Agreements, land options, leases, connection agreements, PPAs, and tender documents.
• Accompanying projects through financial close, requiring loan agreement review and drafting, security agreement review, common terms agreement review, and liaison with lenders\' legal advisors.
• Conducting research on local laws, regulations, and policies related to company law, investment law, land law, construction law, civil and commercial law, and photovoltaic power project policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate legal risks and recommendations to senior management.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Showcase proactive and creative legal analysis.
