Open Assessment Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team and lead some of our most strategic client projects to success.

As a Senior PM, you will play a key role in ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and navigating complex, fast-paced environments. You’ll be the go-to person for project ownership, delivery assurance, and crisis management when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Define agile project scopes, milestones, and objectives.
• Drive successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scopes.
• Manage resources and ensure their optimal allocation.
• Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using best practices.
• Report project status and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Keep all project documentation clear and up-to-date.

About You

French speaker with fluency in English.

At least 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects.

Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Proactive, organized, and capable of managing crisis situations.

Solid experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence .

Familiarity with SDLC and hybrid project management practices.

Certifications such as Prince2, Agile / Scrum, ITIL are a big plus.

Bonus : Business analysis background.
