Born and based in Barcelona, Nacar is an award-winning Strategic Design Agency, impassioned by our agile and international team composed of over 90 creative professionals (design strategists, researchers, product and UX / UI designers, engineers, and overall creatives).

We work with all-size clients from across multiple industries, collaborating in innovation and establishing solutions and product strategies that apply to Industrial, Digital, Brand and Service Design.

What will your day to day be like?

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative product designs from ideation to production.
• Work closely with clients and take responsibility for the projects.
• Collaborate with UX, UI and Engineering teams.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Prepare and lead regular meetings with clients.
• Review and report to team leads and management.
• Conduct industrial design related research & benchmarking.
• Create concepts, ideas, solutions, moodboards & presentations.
• Sketching, CAD modeling and rendering.
• Define CMF strategies.
• Manage prototyping processes and external suppliers.
• Manage and track project related tasks.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial design.
• Expert level CAD & rendering skills (Rhino, Solidworks, Fusion 360, Keyshot, VRay or similar).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product development (experience in design engineering is a plus).
• Strong presentation and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player and positive attitude.
• Passionate about design and new technologies.
• Reliable and committed.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including sketches, renderings, prototypes and final results.
