YOUR MISSION 🚀

Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. You will transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine.

Don’t just manage a team, get your hands dirty to identify growth levers and pull them yourself. Take a funnel, dismantle it, and rebuild it to convert twice better. Lead from the front, test hypotheses, launch new channels, and show the team how it’s done.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Offer-Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched. Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t. Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
  2. Architect funnels and campaigns (Hands-On). Map them out and oversee implementation directly. Set up tracking, check flows, ensure the machine works before scaling budgets. Relentless optimization: CRO & A/B testing. Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself. Proactively hunt for friction points and implement fixes immediately.
  3. Channel exploration & scaling. While Yann manages core Paid Social, your job is to overview his work and identify winning acquisition channels to maximize profitability and volume. Analyze ad performance, provide data-backed briefs to the Content Strategist, and scale winning angles aggressively.
  4. Growth loops. Design and optimize loops across product, retention, referral, and content. Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion. Identify constraints and reasons.
  5. Player-Coach leadership. Manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by setting the standard of excellence. Source talents, train them, and make tough decisions when necessary.
  6. Sales alignment & revenue quality. Focus on appointment holds and deals closed. Set up a feedback loop with the Sales Team Lead to adjust targeting. Prioritize high-intent leads over cheap volume; stop campaigns that bring tire-kickers even if CPL is low.

Experience
  • Ideally 3+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
  • Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, activation, or conversion.
