A leading AI platform for insurance is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer in Madrid. You will be responsible for building complete applications, developing APIs, and collaborating across teams. Formación

What you'll do: As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, your technical knowledge and autonomy will enable you to build complete designs for our applications and features. You will contribute to a UI for data collection and review, develop APIs to automate decision-making, and build corresponding frameworks. Performance, scalability, and quality are key challenges to address to ensure high-quality code delivery. You will collaborate with teammates—including software engineers, data scientists, QA, UX, and product managers—to continually improve our agile development process. We work with modern technologies and encourage exploration of new market innovations.

  • Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, Vanilla Extract, LESS, Dev Container with Vite
  • Backend: C#, MSSQL, Elasticsearch
  • IDE: Your choice - Rider, VS Code, or Visual Studio + Resharper
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure
  • Toolchain: GitHub Enterprise, GHAS, GH Copilot + coding agent

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years of software development experience
  • Solid C# skills
  • Frontend experience with any JS framework (preferably React)
  • Fullstack capability: frontend and backend development
  • Projects that are well-designed and cleanly written
  • Dynamic, curious, eager to learn, and proactive
  • Ownership mentality and impact-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English

Recruitment Process:

  • 30-minute video interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • 1-hour online test
  • Two 1-hour technical interviews—one with a Backend developer and one with a Frontend developer
  • 1-hour final interview with the Hiring Manager
