Compensation: To be defined based on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Expected commitment: Part-time (around 50 hours per month).

PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are looking for a European Project Manager experienced in European Project Planning to join our team. The resource will be responsible for the International Project Office of Social Change School, identifying partners, funding opportunities, drafting and managing projects funded by the European Union, coordinating activities with the partners involved, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and administrative requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing the International Project Office of Social Change School.
  2. Looking for partnerships starting from the network of the School, taking care of relations with national and international partners, stakeholders, and European institutions.
  3. Analyzing European funding programs and identifying funding opportunities for the company.
  4. Developing, writing, and submitting project proposals in line with the requirements of EU calls.
  5. Managing and coordinating all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and objectives set.
  6. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of projects, preparing reports and documentation for funders.
  7. Ensuring compliance with regulations and administrative and financial obligations.

PROFILE

Requirements

  1. Previous experience of at least 5 years in the management of European projects and in the writing of funding proposals.
  2. English C1, Spanish mother tongue or C1, Italian mother tongue or B2.
  3. In-depth knowledge of EU funding programmes (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, LIFE, etc.).
  4. Excellent project management, organization, and coordination skills.
  5. Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with international partners.
  6. Good command of project management and financial monitoring tools.

Preferred Requirements

  1. Practice with Microsoft or Google package (Outlook, Planner, Calendar, etc.).
  2. Practice with AI.
  3. Living in Spain.
  4. Being a Social Change Former Student.
