About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our team and support one of our key clients, a multinational leader in the credit insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE enterprise architectures aligned with strategic objectives.
• Deliver Project Start Architectures (PSA) and Program Initiation Architectures (PIA).
• Design IT landscape roadmaps, reference architectures, and cost-benefit advisory reports.
• Conduct risk and impact analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Closely collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Govern enterprise architecture practices and contribute to professionalizing the discipline across the organization.
• Support change and innovation initiatives as part of global programs.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Business Management or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business, or IT / application architecture.
• Solid knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
• Proven experience in business process improvement, strategic planning, and architecture governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Familiarity with architecture modelling tools and defining reference architectures.
• Domain-specific experience in the financial or credit insurance industry is highly valued.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
