Senior Director, DS&AI – Enterprise AI & Agentic Systems

Introduction to role: Are you ready to lead the AI transformation of EUCAN? As the Senior Director of DS&AI, you will architect and scale intelligent systems that revolutionize field planning, content workflows, and customer engagement. This role is not just about deploying Digital Twins; it's about driving the development of an agentic AI ecosystem that powers next-generation personalization, real-time orchestration, and enterprise automation. Join us in crafting the future of AI across all major use cases in the Customer 2030 roadmap!

Accountabilities
  • Design and lead the development of AI agents and orchestration systems for field deployment, content generation, and omnichannel personalization.
  • Partner with external AI providers to co-develop foundational models and embed them into enterprise platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, and CRM.
  • Build modular frameworks for agent reusability across functions like marketing, medical affairs, and market access.
  • Lead team mentorship, capability building, and knowledge transfer across brands and markets.
Essential Skills/Experience
  • PhD or MS in AI, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sciences.
  • 8+ years of experience leading AI initiatives in enterprise settings, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-agent systems, simulation, and AI platform engineering.
  • Proven track record to translate AI innovation into scalable, high-impact business solutions.
