What Will You Be Doing?

As part of our IT Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and innovation supporting the Senior Project Manager Team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Acting as a contact between the technical teams and the company's stakeholders.
• Facilitating regular communication and updates to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction; gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements and feedback.
• Monitoring and managing project issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure project needs are met.
• Participating in optimisation and automation of project management processes.
• Implementing corrective actions as needed to address quality issues.
• Improving and maintaining reporting tools, ensuring the reliability and consistency of reported data and indicators.
• Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
