The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified lawyer with expertise in Portuguese law and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, leading compliance programs, and ensuring collaboration between the teams in Portugal and Spain. Formación

• Extensive legal experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese law and regulatory environment.
• Experience in negotiation, drafting, and reviewing agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice to Gilead’s Business Units.
• Lead compliance program in Portugal and provide guidance.
