A leading restaurant brand is seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to drive strategy across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. The role involves leading consumer insights strategy, managing research programs, and translating consumer behaviors into actionable insights. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in consumer insights or market research, preferably in QSR or food & beverage, and must be fluent in Spanish and English. Formación

  • 10+ years experience in consumer insights or market research, ideally in QSR or food & beverage.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and vendors effectively.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese or Italian a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Own the Consumer Insights Strategy for Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
  • Lead Multi-Market Research Programs including brand health and innovation tests.
  • Track business performance and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Translate consumer behaviors into actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Manage external partnerships with agencies and data providers.
  • Support new product launches with concept validation and performance analysis.
  • Present insights to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
  • Manage research budgets and contracts effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends to maintain competitive edge.
