A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA to join their international team in Madrid. This role involves leading projects, coaching junior team members, and delivering high-quality solutions in health economics. Candidates should hold a Master's degree and have over four years of relevant experience, along with strong project management skills and proficiency in Excel and VBA. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Amaris is looking for a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA to join our dynamic and international team!

As part of our HEMA department (Health Economics & Market Access - ). China, Bulgaria and Tunisia), gathering more than 15 different nationalities, our main activities are Health Economics, Evidence Value & Access, and Biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a lead analyst on projects including Health Economics (CEM, BIMs, cost-calculator etc.), lead the implementation of the corresponding solution and development of high-quality deliverables
  • Act as a project manager on projects including Health Economics and HTAs
  • Providing management and technical support to other team members within the Health Economics and Market Access department
  • Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development).
  • Responsible for delivering on a cluster of projects within the Health Economics and HTA team
  • Acts as Project Manager, Lead Analyst and / or technical advisor on projects within your specialty
  • Accountable for quality checking that the staffing on projects within your cluster is optimal
  • Safeguard for quality of deliverables within your cluster–set standards of excellence and transmit know-how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision
Business Development Support
  • Supporting development of project extensions or the proactive creation of opportunities with existing clients to strengthen partnerships with key accounts
  • Supporting the development of proposals within area of expertise
Qualifications
  • You hold an advanced degree (minimum Master’s or equivalent) in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
  • You have over four years of relevant experience in health economics and HTA, with solid knowledge of submissions in key markets.
  • You are proficient in Excel and VBA; You can independently design, organize, implement, and present project plans, while also working effectively within a team.
  • You demonstrate strong project management and leadership skills, with experience supervising project teams.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and speaking, with clients and team members.
  • You bring a creative mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.
