Formación

As (Senior) Asset Manager Renewables, you will be responsible for :

1. Managing Tion’s Spanish assets and supporting their potential hybridization (wind and BESS).
2. Supporting the active management of Tion’s international portfolio of onshore wind, solar PV, and battery storage projects across Europe.
3. Development, integration, and operation of a technical monitoring platform for Tion’s active and future portfolio.
4. Monitoring and in-depth data analysis of individual asset performances and project risks, as well as actively exploring optimization measures.
5. Being the owner of the portfolio performance section within the monthly board meeting reports.
6. Coordination of external asset management service providers, including regular calls, day-to-day alignments, and support required decision-making for the managing directors.
7. Ensuring an excellent and professional asset onboarding process and construction management of new assets acquired by Tion.
8. Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders and building relationships with asset managers and other contractors.
9. Supervision of compliance and claims of all relevant project contracts (in close collaboration with external service providers).
10. Coordination of asset-specific budgets and liquidity planning (including cash upstreaming recommendations and executions).
11. Close collaboration with other Tion departments regarding overall budget, profitability goals, and investment processes.

For this role, ideally, you bring :

• An academic background in engineering, finance, economics, or related fields in renewable energy.
• Excitement about building excellent relationships with stakeholders.
• Enjoyment in taking ownership of projects.
• At least three years of experience as an Asset Manager in the renewable energy sector.
• A thorough understanding of energy markets across Europe, including subsidy schemes, and project management of renewable assets.
• Excellent understanding of commercial and technical asset management, including Wind, Solar PV, and BESS.
• Experience working with SCADA data.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, liquidity planning, and cash flow modeling.
• Prior experience at a developer, EPC, O&M, IPP, or energy trader is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Italian, German, Dutch, or Polish is a plus.
