Overview

Responsibilities

• Actively participating in the construction site supervision phase.
• Drafting and developing projects across all phases.
• Coordinating with external collaborators (MEP, structural engineers, etc.).
• Managing client, contractor and official authority relationships.

About You

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience who brings the following qualities and skills :

• Knowledge of GIS and / or Revit will be positively valued.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience drafting urban planning and execution projects.
• Experience in site supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, collaborators, contractors and public entities.
• In-depth knowledge of current and applicable regulations.
• Ability to manage administrative procedures independently and effectively.
• A technical and creative mindset : well-organized, proactive, innovative and communicative.
• Motivation, empathy and curiosity to keep learning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator…).
