Senior Animator at RAW

RAW is seeking a Senior Animator to join our industry-leading art team. Be part of shaping games for one of the most exciting new gaming studios in years, bringing life to our games through world-class animation. This senior position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual capable of creating animations that make our games stand out and pushing the boundaries of game art, motion graphics, and animation.

You will work with an elite team and industry-leading management, creating innovative content played by hundreds of thousands globally. Your work will directly impact the studio's success.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and occasional 3D animations for effects and characters
• Model, design, and animate 2D and 3D characters
• Collaborate with Lead Artist and Game Designers to support artistic vision
• Adjust gameplay speed, tempo, and rhythm through animation
• Participate in storyboarding and creative sessions
• Design resource-efficient animations suitable for mobile devices
• Select appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles
• Stay updated on animation trends and share insights with the team
• Research and implement ways to improve animation quality and streamline processes
• Contribute to a creative and open work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional animation experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with industry tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Spine, and 3D software
• Strong problem-solving, ideation, and prototyping skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a positive team player
• Passion for creating innovative games and pushing animation boundaries
• Gaming industry experience is a plus
• Fluent in English
