A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Admin Supervisor for their client, a major international travel and tourism company in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative management, with strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include managing office arrangements and supporting the Office Operations Manager. This temporary, onsite position offers a salary of €2,400 gross per month, requiring work 3 days a week.

From Gi Group, a leading consulting firm in talent selection, we are seeking a Senior Admin Supervisor to join the team of our client, a major international company dedicated to travel and tourism, based in Barcelona.

Do you have previous experience in administrative management and are passionate about working in a dynamic and multicultural environment? If you also have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a proactive approach, this position is for you!

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the presentation, order, and professional image of the office.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal departments such as Administration, IT, HR, Health & Safety, among others.
  • Oversee new employees' onboarding dates and manage all necessary arrangements : laptop setup, access cards, and desk allocation.
  • Handle purchases of fruits, snacks, and office supplies, always securing the best suppliers.
  • Manage office access, relocations / expansions, seating plans, meeting room bookings, and coordinate global internal visits and leadership meetings.
  • Organize local corporate and non-corporate events (Colorful Day, Pride, Christmas Lunch, etc.).
  • Receive and handle packages and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with Cloudworks (office space provider) for maintenance issues or building-related concerns, maintaining a strong and professional relationship.
  • Manage contract review applications and payment claims promptly.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.
  • Report to and support the Office Operations Manager based in London on office management matters.
Requirements
  • Languages : Advanced / Fluent level in English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
  • IT Skills : Proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Office (user / advanced level).
  • Proactive, solution-driven, with excellent communication skills and professional presence.
Job Conditions
  • Location : Barcelona.
  • Modality : On-site.
  • Contract : Temporary, 1-year duration.
  • Work Schedule : 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday). Hours : 08 : 30 to 15 : 30h.
  • Availability required for potential punctual changes in workdays or hours.
  • Salary : €2,400 gross / month.
