Your Contribution : Build & Lead the Italian Market

As Senior Account Executive Italy, you will play a strategic role in Fleet’s expansion in the Italian market.

You will work directly with Carlos (Managing Director Southern Europe) and Alex (VP Sales Europe), fully owning the pipeline and the entire sales cycle.

Your Mission :
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership :

Outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, business cases, negotiation, closing — you master every step.

Hunting & Revenue Generation :

Build a strong pipeline through structured, methodical outbound activity and convert opportunities into revenue.

Market & Strategy :

Identify your ICP, test & iterate, refine your approach, and help build a scalable acquisition engine.

Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Cycles :

IT, finance, ops, procurement, C-level — you know how to navigate these environments with clarity and rigor.

Internal Alignment :

Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth deployments and exceptional customer experience.

Your Profile : Reliable, Methodical & Hungry :

We are looking for a complete AE — reliable, structured, and a natural hunter.

You’re likely a great fit if :
  • You have 2–5 years of sales experience (SDR → AE, closing room, or full-cycle AE).
  • You are strong in outbound : cold calling, sequencing, multithreading, and structured execution.
  • You are rigorous : clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, flawless CRM discipline.
  • You enjoy environments where things move fast, where you build from scratch, test, learn, and iterate.
  • You’re motivated by new business, value creation, and winning deals.
  • You are a native Italian speaker with excellent English (Spanish is a plus).
