As Senior Account Executive Italy, you will play a strategic role in Fleet’s expansion in the Italian market.
You will work directly with Carlos (Managing Director Southern Europe) and Alex (VP Sales Europe), fully owning the pipeline and the entire sales cycle.
Outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, business cases, negotiation, closing — you master every step.
Build a strong pipeline through structured, methodical outbound activity and convert opportunities into revenue.
Identify your ICP, test & iterate, refine your approach, and help build a scalable acquisition engine.
IT, finance, ops, procurement, C-level — you know how to navigate these environments with clarity and rigor.
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth deployments and exceptional customer experience.
