A leading maritime technology company in Spain is seeking an experienced sales professional to identify and close new business opportunities in satellite communications. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the maritime sector, fluency in Greek, and a strong network. This role offers a hybrid work model, a competitive salary ranging from €40,000 to €55,000, and benefits including a bonus structure and private health insurance.

Formación

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities in the maritime satellite communications sector.
  • Focus on growing the shipping client base.
  • Promote and sell solutions from major satcom providers (e.g., Starlink, Inmarsat, SES, Eutelsat).
  • Build long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on digital connectivity and cyber products.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical support, and marketing to drive sales success.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
  • Report activity through CRM and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Skills / Must Have
  • Proven experience in satellite communications sales, ideally in the maritime sector.
  • Fluent in Greek
  • Strong network within the shipping or maritime industry.
  • Hunter mentality – confident in opening doors and driving business.
  • Experience selling digital solutions or cyber-related technologies.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally for client meetings.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with vessel performance systems, digital tracking platforms, or cyber tools.
  • Experience working with Fortinet or other network security providers.
  • Background in shipping digitalisation or maritime IT.
