In Application Management, we support our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of SAP system landscapes, during both project and operational phases.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking experienced (Senior) SAP GTS Consultants (m/f/d), in Application Management Support, full-time or part-time.

Expectations and Tasks:

• Process, track, and resolve 2nd and 3rd level support tickets for SAP GTS services such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting.
• Analyze GTS-related technical application issues in detail to identify sources of errors and their solutions.
• Implement project-related or demand-based adjustments to SAP GTS standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored implementation specifications.
• Configure SAP GTS to implement complex requirements.
• Conduct presentations and workshops for clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously expand your SAP GTS skillset, including extensions like GTSe4H.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in business administration, (business) informatics, logistics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience as an SAP logistics IT-module lead or similar role in industry.
• Knowledge of foreign trade and SAP GTS is advantageous.
• Experience handling support requests (incidents, changes, service requests).
• Desirable: familiarity with Fiori applications related to GTS, SAP interface technologies (e.g., SAP ALE/IDocs, EDI), and SAP debugging skills.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Independent, proactive, and team-oriented working style.
• Fluent in English or German.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, training, or company events.
• Hybrid work model with flexibility in presence (remote and on-site).
