Overview

Senovo IT is looking for a SAP Coordinator near or in Tarragona for a long term assignment as a Freelancer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate for S/4 rollout covering cluster south (ES, PT, IT, TK, UA) to facilitate rollout activities of Data Validation, Testing, Learning, and Cut-over phases.
• Support country captains and business key users (cluster south).
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional Key-user teams in SAP areas: Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Customer Services.
• Coordinate and facilitate activities using centralized tools (Excel, Azure Dev Ops, SAP Solution Manager) with local initiative at the cluster level, simplifying support for Site Captains, Validators, and business key users to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Demonstrate coordination, communication, and supporting abilities to assist the project.

Qualifications

• Junior Consultant profile with coordination skills and support for cross-functional Key-user teams (not a leader or Project Manager).
• Knowledge of SAP areas: Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Customer Services; ability to coordinate and facilitate data validation, testing, learning, and operations cutover activities.
• Experience with coordinating activities using Excel, Azure Dev Ops, and SAP Solution Manager is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.

Details

Period: October 2025 to August 2026 (approximately 10–11 months) when the project is closed.

Location: Preferably based at the client’s Factory in Tarragona city; available to travel to Barcelona, Portugal, Italy, or Turkey for project needs. We can consider candidates based near Tarragona or in Catalonia, or those open to relocation.
