Overview

SAP Consultant, Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the issuance of invoices to customers. This includes ensuring compliance with tax and accounting requirements, verifying correct receipt of invoices, and maintaining accurate billing records in SAP. You will coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee accurate invoicing and resolve any billing issues that may arise. Additionally, you will reconcile e-billing processes with SAP invoices to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoice issuance to customers, ensuring tax and accounting compliance and verifying invoice receipt.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve billing issues.
• Reconcile e-billing process with SAP invoices to assure data accuracy.
• Follow up on payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
