You will work closely with non-profit clients, delivering high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and driving digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, SQL, and server-side scripting. Excellent communication skills and fluent English are essential for success in this role.

Formación

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery and refinement of digital marketing requirements

Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to client needs

Produce clear documentation and follow structured delivery processes.

Core Requirements

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email, SMS, Web, Automation)

Proficiency in Content Builder Journey Builder Automation Studio, and MobileConnect

Strong technical skills :

SQL for segmentation and automation

AMPscript for personalization

Server‑Side JavaScript for CloudPages and API integrations

Ability to design Data Cloud models, configure ingestion, identity resolution, and activate segments

Familiarity with Agentforce Marketing and eagerness to grow expertise

Excellent communication skills and client‑facing confidence

Fluency in English
