The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader, based in Barcelona, to lead and mentor the sales team, driving business growth by consistently exceeding sales targets and fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Languages :

Native level of German

Full Professional level of English

Main Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to generate leads.

Guide team members in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.

Identify client business needs and align the company’s products / services as solutions.

Provide regular feedback and mentorship to improve individual and team performance.

Use data-driven insights to refine strategies for achieving sales goals.

Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs.

Core Skills / Experience :

Demonstrated 1-3 years of experience managing a sales team.

A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly / yearly quotas.

Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.

Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
