Our client, a large global manufacturer of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, is seeking a Sales Manager On-Site Projects (m/f/d) to join their central sales team.

Position Details
  • Location: Madrid / Remote (Spain)

Responsibilities
  1. Acquire On-Site Projects, including cryogenic nitrogen generators, PSA- and membrane plants, and hydrogen plants (SMR and Electrolyzer).
  2. Monitor market and competitors, maintaining a database within the CRM system.
  3. Develop on-site plant concepts in collaboration with the engineering division.
  4. Prepare presentations and draft bids for Group companies and regional subsidiaries.
  5. Provide training sessions for the sales teams of subsidiaries, focusing on On-site acquisition.
  6. Review and develop the Group’s sales strategy for the On-site portfolio, ensuring contract compliance and continuous process improvement.
Candidate Profile
  • Academic degree in Engineering with strong business acumen; investment calculation skills are a plus.
  • Minimum three years of sales development experience and one year of project management experience.
  • Experience in an international environment and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and open-minded.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Business fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30-40%.
