A leading robotics company in Madrid is seeking an experienced OEM Sales Specialist to develop a partner network focused on machine builders. This role requires 5+ years in key-account sales within industrial automation, a strong OEM network, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will manage project milestones, lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing strategies, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure project success. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and legal work authorization in Spain are necessary.
The ideal candidate will be looking to develop a new partner network centred on machine builders.
Win designs : qualify user cases, lead samples / PoC, run technical clarifications, manage project milestones to SOP.
Lead commercial negotiations : pricing strategy, price protection, rebates, and annual frameworks.
maintain immaculate CRM stages, probabilities, and notes.
Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Product, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Finance, and Services.
Collaboration with other sales chanels and partners : Ensure compliance with competition law, export controls, GDPR, and local tender rules.
1. 5+ years OEM / key-account sales in industrial automation or related sectors.
Proven Spanish and Portuguese OEM network with access to Engineering / Procurement; Strong techno-commercial acumen : read specs / cert requirements; Native / near-native Spanish and fluent English. Knowledge of Portuguese will be highly valued.
CRM proficiency; disciplined, data-driven forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Electronics / Business (or equivalent).
valid driver's license; legal right to work in Spain.
