A global leader in gas control equipment is seeking a Sales Manager for Iberia. You will drive growth of distributors and key accounts, develop business strategies, and conduct customer visits. Candidates should have a university degree, 3 years of distribution management experience, and be fluent in English. This role offers a permanent full-time contract with a fixed salary and bonus opportunities.

Sales Manager – Iberia

What You Will Do
  • Drive growth of distributors, installers, and key accounts across Iberia.
  • Develop and execute business growth plans and market strategies.
  • Coordinate customer trainings, marketing programs, and product introductions (NPI).
  • Conduct customer visits and report all activities in Caesar CRM.
  • Monitor market trends and take proactive actions to stay ahead.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in distribution channel management
  • Skills: Build trustful relationships, negotiate effectively, collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Gas control distribution networks and devices.
  • Language: Local language + fluent in English.
  • Mobility: Frequent travel; valid driving license.
  • Soft Skills: Communication, time management, network building, empathy, critical thinking, proactivity, self-awareness.
  • Experience in Industrial or High Purity Gas Control & Installation markets, with proven target achievements.
  • University degree
