We are a bespoke, boutique agency that believes in personal, one-to-one service for our clients - we don’t focus on quantity but on quality in everything from the properties we list to the way we attend to vendors, homebuyers and guests in our luxury rental properties.

Job Overview: Our Sales Team is the heart of the work we do, and we are looking for a motivated, thoughtful salesperson to assist our clients in finding their dream home. For this role, a solid understanding of the Marbella property market is desired, but not critical, as the Junior role will include the possibility of shadowing more Senior salespeople.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, the ability to think on their feet and to work efficiently as part of a small but effective team. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with our clients to understand their desires and ultimately help them find their dream home.
• Project manage property sales from initial viewing through to the negotiation and final exchange; this includes supporting both buyer and seller throughout the process.
• Work closely with our legal partners to ensure all sales are conducted in alignment with our clients’ wishes and particular needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and solid understanding of the Marbella property market and its surrounding areas (for the Junior role this is not a requirement but an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for real estate and an understanding of the luxury market is highly desirable.
