Un fabricante líder de soluciones robóticas busca un consultor de ventas para el mercado ibérico. Este puesto implica identificar oportunidades de aplicación de cobots, mantener relaciones con usuarios finales y coordinar presentaciones. Se requieren habilidades nativas de español, conocimientos técnicos en automatización industrial y mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas. Se ofrece un entorno de trabajo informal con altas expectativas y oportunidades profesionales.

Formación

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en consultoría y venta de soluciones robóticas integradas.
  • Se requieren habilidades nativas de español y preferiblemente en inglés avanzado.
  • Experiencia en empresa de integración de sistemas es un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar oportunidades de aplicación de cobots.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con usuarios finales y socios.
  • Coordinar visitas a usuarios finales y hacer presentaciones.

As a leading Chinese cobot export manufacturer, the EMEA region is one of the important regions for Dobot. The EMEA sales team is expanding and we are looking for team members who will help shape the future of Dobot business success in EMEA. The key function of this role is to create demand and achieve high win rate on repeat sales through sales development and application consulting work. This role covers the Iberian (Spain & Portugal) market but primarily focus on the Barcelona Area.

Responsibilities
  • Identify cobot application opportunities at end users.
  • Develop, maintain, and foster relationships with end users and partners.
  • Coordinate end user visits, make presentations, demonstrate products, support and share application insights.
  • Achieve high repeat sales by ensuring first time end users or key accounts have successful deployments and satisfactory experience with Dobot/ partners.
  • Handle all end users' enquiries/ leads.
  • Co-create lead generation strategy with Regional Head and Marketing.
  • Carry out events to educate the market on cobot applications and generate leads.
  • Gather market intelligence and support with sales forecasting and other reporting materials.
  • Record and maintain all info. from customer meetings, leads, opportunities, activities etc.
  • Coordinate and participate at bigger events (i.e. conferences, exhibitions).
Who we are looking for
  • You probably come from a system integration company.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in consulting and selling integrated robotic solutions to manufacturing customers.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial automation related equipment or systems.
  • Native-level Spanish skills required and preferably at an advanced level in English.
  • Good presentation, demonstration and illustration skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and awareness of local and Chinese (will be a plus) business culture.
  • Creative in generating leads and awareness in the market.
  • Has good business acumen and sales development skills.
  • Can alternate between hunting and farming.
  • Goal and team-oriented, willing to work collectively with others to achieve, sales targets, business and personal goals.
  • Expect min. 50% travel activity.
