The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into customers and providing tailored solutions based on our innovative software products. You will be responsible for the first contact with the leads, in a reactive or proactive way, supporting them during the process of seeking the best solution for their needs.

Your day-to-day:

  • Understand our prospects' needs and provide appropriate solutions based on what Holded can deliver. Qualify a high volume of leads, and guide them along the process through different sources (chat, email, or phone)
  • Manage prospects through sales, from the first call to negotiation and closing deals if possible
  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives to qualify, build pipelines, and drive deals
  • Manage, track, and report all activities and results using Salesforce
About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • You are a Spanish native speaker and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • You have a proactive attitude and love building strong and long-lasting relations with clients
  • Strong team player that also excels as a high-performing individual
  • Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
