A fast-growing international tech company is seeking a Sales Development Manager to oversee and develop the Sales function for the Spanish market. This role focuses on team leadership, pipeline generation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to support overall commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Development ensuring strong performance and continuous development.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales function, including prioritization, workflows, and resource allocation.
  • Define, monitor, and refine KPIs to improve productivity, lead qualification, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide ongoing coaching through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to coordinate campaigns, messaging, and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth handover processes and strong alignment with Account Executives.
  • Report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Required Experience
  • Previous experience managing Sales Development teams in a high-performance environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams of several people (team lead oversight is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound operations, workflows, and metrics.
Profile
  • Background in B2B tech or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical and operational mindset, with the ability to work with KPIs and optimisation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach.
  • Native-level Spanish and professional English.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, motivate teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
