Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience, exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, and a passion for motorcycles or adventure travel. This role offers a base salary of 1,800€ per month plus high commissions, with potential total earnings exceeding 100,000€ annually.

Formación

  • 2+ years experience in high-ticket sales (travel, real estate, education, luxury products, etc.).

1.800€ / month + HIGH commissions (6.000–8.000€ / month realistic OTE)

We design and operate premium motorcycle adventures across Spain, Morocco, Portugal, the Alps, and beyond — helping riders live the greatest trips of their lives.

After doubling revenue year over year, and with fresh investment secured, we’re now building our core team — starting with a dedicated Sales & Client Experience Manager who will take ownership of our inbound leads and help grow REVV into the #1 motorcycle touring company in the world.

What You’ll Do

You will be the first point of contact for riders who inquire about our tours.

Your job is to guide them, help them choose the right trip, and ultimately secure their booking.

Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (email, WhatsApp, calls).
  • Build warm relationships with riders planning their dream adventure.
  • Organize discovery calls and guide clients through decision‑making.
  • Create and send proposals, itineraries, and payment links.
  • Close deals and follow up until full payment is received.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Communicate with operations when a booking is confirmed.
  • Provide a 5‑star human experience to every client.

This is NOT a cold calling job.

You will be working with warm, high-quality inbound leads generated from strong marketing funnels.

Compensation

Base salary : ➡️ 1.800€ / month

Commission :

➡️ 5% of every closed traveler

Realistic earnings : 6.000–8.000€ / month total when hitting targets.

This means top performers can earn 100.000€+ per year .

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years experience in high-ticket sales (travel, real estate, education, luxury products, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills (warm, human, professional)
  • Fluent English + Spanish (French is a bonus)
  • Strong follow‑up discipline
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, email, HubSpot, and digital tools
  • Passion for motorcycles or adventure travel is a big plus
  • Organized, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Someone who cares about delivering an unforgettable client experience
